Leaders establish culture

Humankind was made to thrive in relationship.  Companies who establish culture that reward people who gossip, withhold information, value job grade instead of each person, speak badly about others, or apply policies inconsistently are creating cultures that capitalize on fear and isolation. We are much too advanced in education and privilege to allow this to pervade.

The healthiest organizations are based on cultures that allow people to be creative, collaborative and thrive – and who share wins with each other.
