“How do I work with an employee who has been given feedback but hasn’t made the right corrections?”
While it can be frustrating to work with someone who does not “listen” to feedback, it is imperative to understand why this is the case:
· Is this a change in pattern for this team member?
· Are there things going on in this person’s life that makes it hard for them to focus at work?
· Is it possible that there is a skillset that this employee possesses that is not being utilized?
While these are not an extensive list of questions to explore, the answers to them can lead to very different solutions.
