Cultivate Culture: Say “I don’t know”

I sometimes wonder if people who use loaded words and corporate speak really know what they are talking about. Too often I’ve seen these people questioned to uncover that they really don’t know what they needed to know. And, too often, others in the room are hesitant to ask for clarity. Healthy organizations allow people to say “I don’t know” and then seek together to find the answers.
