During the Renaissance, the artists were often the scientists. Every person has the potential to be creative. Today we frequently put creatives and analytics in two separate, disconnected boxes. This is a false and limited boundary. Both sides of our brain are made to work in tandem. What solutions to problems do we also limit thru false boundaries and the stories we tell ourselves?
Cost of conflict at work

Often we are not aware of how we unintentionally contribute to these situations; we may even be blind to the impact in our own organizations.

Loyalty
Being loyal includes honesty, integrity, authenticity and empathy. Loyalty without honesty becomes blinded. Loyalty without integrity becomes corrupt. Loyalty without authenticity becomes acquiescence. Loyalty without empathy is hollow.
