Highest performers have coaches

Many civil agreements now have default clauses that require parties to engage in arbitration or mediation. However, many situations need not progress to the point where each party wants to walk away.

The benefit of coaching services is similar to that of athletic coaches: To see what the player cannot yet see, to show them the vision, and to help them build the skills to overcome the challenge.

People thrive with support and encourage and are able to attain what they otherwise may not attain.

The same principle applies to how we process disagreements, offenses, and conflicts.  And, to how we manage our mental processes before, during and after these situations.
